Q. What does it means by OEM?
A. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Meaning that the item is made by the same manufacturer that make the hardware. In the recent years, OEM is also know as original items that are in bulk, poly bag or white box packaging.
 
Q. What is your return policy?
A. During normal season, you will have 14 days to return an item you ordered incorrectly or do not want. Please ensure that you do not deface or throw away the packaging when you do not want the item.

The store return policy will be extended during the Holiday Season! Items purchased between November 17th and December 24th, can be returned until January 15th provided that the product is returned in new condition, packaged in its original box with all the original packing materials, manuals and warranty cards. No returns, only exchanges, for phones, SIM Cards, installation products and software related items.
 

Q. Where do you ship from so I know what delivery service to choose?
A. We deliver from our hub in New York. Thus if you live within 100 miles of NYC you will get your merchandise the next day after it shipped even if you choose ground service.
 
Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A. Yes we ship to Canada. However we only use USPS Postal System as UPS and FEDEX charges high transaction fees for shipments going to Canada.
 
Q. What is the procedure to return a defective item?
A. To return an item, please send an email to
RMA@malcomwireless.com with the order number and a short description of the problem. Our RMA department wil then send you a RMA number and the instruction on how to return the item. Since we are a reseller and not the manufacturer you are encouraged to call the manufacturer first to trouble shoot the product.
