Non-Magnetic Option (NMO) Mount Antennas mount through the metal roof or trunk of a vehicle (drilling a hole required). NMO Mount Antennas are frequently used on police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, public utility service trucks and other dedicated vehicles.

The Wilson NMO Trucker Outperforms the Competition. Up to 90% of the power on both transmit and receive is absorbed within a vehicle and the users head. We solve this problem by channeling all the power from the cellphone to the outside antenna. This results in our NMO trucker antenna transmitting and receiving over 10 times more signal than a cellphone used inside the vehicle without an outside antenna.
The Wilson NMO Trucker Cellular Antenna was carefully designed to minimize loss and maximize gain on both the 800 MHz and 1900 MHz bands. Wilson accomplished this by using a phasing coil and a low loss coaxial phase reversing device that provides high gain on both frequencies. Wilsons innovative design results in high efficiency with low losses and will get the most signal to your cellular phone.
Usage: The Wilson NMO Trucker Cellular Antenna requires a standard NMO mount (sold separately). Most NMO mounts are installed by drilling a hole in the roof of your vehicle. The cable is then routed under the headliner to the cellphones location. This provides for an excellent ground plane and very solid permanent installation.
Compatibility: All car kits that are equipped with antenna FME attachment. You may also connect directly to your phone via a Direct Connect Adapter. Check our listing for Adapter compatibility. Adaptor sold seperately. Please check if your phone or carkit has a direct connector with FME male/female connector before purchasing this unit.
