RMA@malcomwireless.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be entertained.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on software, phones, on sale items, accessories requiring installation: Car kits, Prepaid and Smart Cards (SIM). These excluded items will be warrantied if defective or DOA. All warranty will be provided by the manufacturer and not by us. We will take back merchandise to be sent to the manufacturer for warranty. However, when you are getting back your merchandise is at the discretion on the manufacturer or distributor.
All other accessories, refunds or exchanges are subject to the aforementioned extended holiday season store return policy provided that the product is returned in new condition, packaged in its original box with all original packaging materials, manuals, and warranty cards. We reserve the right to charge a replacement fee, restocking fee or to refuse a return.
Date of receipt is the date the merchandise was delivered to you by the carrier. This is based on the tracking or E-confirmation information provided by the carrier. We will entertain exception but you need to send an email for us to review your reason. Any return that are taken in are to be applied for store credit only. Restocking fee is 25% of cost of item if you do not want to exchange for something else. S&H is non refundable
